Our products are made-to-order. That means that until you order, none of our products are created and we do not hold inventory. 

Each product is made just for you! 

Because each item is made just for you, it will take a few days for us to process and send you the item. You will typically receive a tracking number within 7 business days but there might be some cases where it takes a bit longer. 

In most cases, items will be delivered within 5-14 business days. The shipping timeframe will vary based on the carrier and your location.

We know it's not the fastest delivery speed out there, but we will make sure that it will be well worth the wait! 

 

Returns

We stand by all of our products. 

We offer a money back guarantee for any items that has a quality defect. If your item is damaged or if we sent you the wrong item, please follow our refund/exchange process and we will take care of the issue as quickly as possible. 

Refund/Exchange Process

- You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order

- Please send us clear photos of the item that shows the defect/mistake

- Returns not accepted on items that arrive damaged. Items that have been damaged/used/worn will not be refunded.
